Goods can be exchange within 7 days after its delivery and will no longer be accepted beyond the said window time.
Returned goods must be in original packaging, unopened and undamaged upon sending for returns or exchange. Goods with conditions otherwise will not be accepted.
Shipped goods are guaranteed to have at least one month best flavor appreciation date. We do not accept return requests which are beyond this date. Special requirements must also be informed prior shipment. We will not be responsible for any changes.
We will be charging a return fee of 15% of the original price for the return of goods damaged by non-manufacturers.
